  • Total Fiji - 837,271
  • iTaukei - 475,739
  • Indo Fijians - 313,798
  • Others - 47,734

International Merchandise Trade Statistics - January 2020fbosicon2

Provisional data for  January 2020  was :

  • total imports $404.1 million
  • total exports $145.5 million

The January 2020 trade deficit amounted to $258.6 million compared to $615.8 million a month earlier (December).

Provisional numbers show that visitor arrivals for February 2020 totaled 46,343, a decrease of 4.9% compared to a year earlier.

The visitor arrival  by country and number were as follows;

1) Australia –  with 16,690 visitors
2) New Zealand –with 8,242 visitors
3) United States of America – with 7,020 visitors
4) China –  with 1,661 visitors
5) United Kingdom –  with 1,286 visitors
